Flanaghan Motors has been great to work with! We’ve bought two cars from them this year - a Mazda CX-5 and a Honda Element. Farrel, Jim, Shannon, and Rita took great care of us through both buying processes. I appreciate that Chris in service makes sure our cars are in great condition and always remembers who we are when we come in. 10 Stars! Jim, Rita and the entire team at Flanagan Motors went above and beyond! After having a horrible car buying experience here in Bozeman, I called Flanagan to see if they had what I was looking for. I was on a time crunch because my lease was ending in a week and had to figure something out ASAP. Jim spent tons of time on the phone with me, sending pics of vehicles and scanning documents so that once I made the trip to Missoula, all we had to do was sign the paperwork. Doing the deal from a far he could have easily taken advantage of me (like the Billings Mazda store tried to), but instead the entire team greeted me when I arrived and even offered to get me lunch before I drove back to Bozeman. I cannot say enough amazing things about the people that work at Flanagan. It was worth the drive to get into the car I wanted at a fair rate AND even better, I felt good about giving them my business!

I'm not from the area and found it a little difficult to find but once I got there the staff greeted me with smiles and great service even after arriving 10 minutes late for my appointment.
On April 1st my family of 4 were traveling in our 2017 Mazda CX-5 from Calgary on our way to Vegas for a few days to escape the Canadian winter and enjoy the gorgeous, ever-changing north to south American landscape. Unfortunately, about 3 miles north of Helena, we had engine trouble. I will spare the details about the engine (which is being replaced), but do wish to share the experience we had with Flanagan Motors, and Service Advisor Chris specifically. From the first contact through the most recent, Chris has been courteous, respectful, and action oriented. She coordinated with our local dealership in Calgary, as well as with Mazda Canada customer support. No one likes it when something goes wrong with their new car. What sets people and dealerships apart is how they handle issues when they arise. We could not be more impressed with Chris' follow-up and coordination efforts. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle or have one serviced, you will be in great hands with Chris and the team at Flanagan Motors.
Big thank you to Flanagan Motors! I was on the hunt for a new car for about a month. This was my first car purchase so I was being very picky. When I ultimately decided I wanted a CX-5 I visited the lot and was helped by Chase. After a test drive he explained the different trim levels and the features included in each. He knew how particular I was about the colors and features I wanted and they were able to get me the exact car I wanted the next afternoon! After finishing my paperwork the next day, Farrel introduced me to my beautiful new car and thoroughly explained all the fancy features inside. Everyone was very nice and the whole process couldn’t have gone any smoother. I left the lot feeling 100% satisfied! Thanks again guys!
Our lease was up on our Honda so we decided to look around to see what else there was. Luckily I reached out online to Flanagan Motors and Jim Coulter quickly responded with the info I was looking for. A few days later we decided to visit the showroom and as I was about to open the door Jim walked out and asked, " Are you Ryan?" He recognized us from our email conversation. That's a great salesman. From that point on we were made to feel like friends by all of the staff we de...alt with. Rita was great and Shannon was super friendly as we chatted about traveling and family. Needless to say we left very happily with our new CX-5. For us that was the most comfortable, stress free car buying experience ever. Jim said something I thought was interesting.
